CarePath Injury Centers is Seeking Full-Time Clinical Care Assistants for our injury, accident and pain management practice located in Old City Philadelphia, PA. Who We are Looking for: We are looking for detail-oriented Clinical Care Assistant who is passionate about helping those in need and creating a welcoming environment. You will work closely with the medical professionals in the office and will be responsible for patient check-in, confirmation calls, following-up on now shows, acquiring and uploading paperwork into patients charts, and other administrative tasks. In addition, you will Someone who is an effective communicator, reliable, and eager to learn/adapt will do well in this role. We are looking for those open to traveling within the city to a few of our clinic locations including: Old City Philadelphia, NE Philadelphia, Port Richmond, and Germantown. Someone who has a bachelor's in a health-related field is highly preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish is welcomed! Job Details include: As a Clinical Care Assistant you will create a welcoming environment for patients and greet them when they walk in This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where your skills and dedication will positively impact the lives of our patients Responsible for maintaining knowledge of a variety of the field's concepts, practices Responsible for patient check-in and paperwork, check-out and scheduling within our EHR system Responsible for following up with patients due to no-shows, cancellations, etc. Daily responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, scheduling patients in the EHR system, retrieving patient records, calling for PIP or case status updates, making detailed notes in the appointments of our EHR system, obtaining patient records, following sanitary protocols, cleaning up exam rooms/main office area as needed, etc. Creating a kind, welcoming, supportive and helpful atmosphere to both the patients and staff members Responsible for helping grow the patient base and practice through exceptional care & service Effectively communicating with office staff members, and with supervisors Learn & execute documentation standards for different providers Learn & execute sterilization protocols, injection prep Learn how to operate a fluoroscopic c-arm machine Learn how to oversee patients during the rehabilitative exercises in-office Other duties that arise as the office needs
