About The Position

This position is primarily responsible for clinical and business systems (CBS) end user support by means of application issue analysis, data security support of the Clinical Informatics/CBS at point of care, for one or more clinical/business systems throughout the organization. Other responsibilities include SCM and other clinical/business application account management and functioning in a collaborative manner with all departments impacted by the CBS, as well as medical staff, in meeting end user needs. In addition, serving as the liaison between hospital departments regarding CBS issues and with vendors in the area of system support concerns. Must be able to work on-site daily.

Requirements

• Require two (2) years of applicable clinical/business experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a multi-entity health care system, large hospital, physician office, or managed care organization.
• Require experience in working various scheduled shifts.
• HS EQ: High School Diploma, GED or Certificate

Nice To Haves

• Prefer knowledge of the patient care setting and clinical practice, either by profession or experience.
• Prefer demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer-focused service to resolve end user production issues.
• Prefer ability to troubleshoot and document multi-system issues.
• Prefer demonstrated ability to exercise considerable initiative and independent analytical and evaluative judgment.
• Prefer familiarity with Microsoft Office and software packages.
• AD: Associate's Degree
