About The Position

The Clinical Business Operations Manager with be responsible for the operational and financial management, data analytics, and business planning for the assigned areas. Oversees and maintains applicable business reports to ensure optimal operations. Partners with key stakeholders to support expense and capital budget preparation and implementation; patient charge capture and review; and related business functions. Leads change management initiatives to address business process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and facilitate data driven decision making. Supports budgeting activities, monthly financial operating reviews, and labor requisition processes to ensure efficient financial and workforce management. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 or more years experience
  • Leadership/management experience.
  • Knowledge of clinical operations, data analytics, and reporting required.
  • Master's Degree MSN, MBA, MHA, or PhD and 5-7 years experience
  • Leadership/management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provides operational and financial management of business operations.
  • Directs the management, development, and integration of data analytics and business intelligence necessary for operational effectiveness.
  • Supports budgeting processes, including development and monitoring of operating and capital budgets.
  • Conducts and prepares monthly financial operating reviews.
  • Oversees labor requisition processes to ensure alignment with operational needs.
