The Clinical Business Operations Manager with be responsible for the operational and financial management, data analytics, and business planning for the assigned areas. Oversees and maintains applicable business reports to ensure optimal operations. Partners with key stakeholders to support expense and capital budget preparation and implementation; patient charge capture and review; and related business functions. Leads change management initiatives to address business process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and facilitate data driven decision making. Supports budgeting activities, monthly financial operating reviews, and labor requisition processes to ensure efficient financial and workforce management.
