About The Position

Holy Cross Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Business Manager to oversee our Neuroscience Program. The Manager is responsible for patient navigation, coordinating patient care, the operating/capital budget, and other business operations throughout the Neuroscience Departments. As a Clinical Manager, you will: Supports the development and coordination of care within Neuroscience services. Assumes fiscal responsibility for Neuroscience and EEG budgets. Actively identifies and assists in implementing strategies which optimize utilization in all areas of Neuroscience services. Develops, reports, and presents dashboard models to VPMA and HCH leadership teams. Manages and develops relationships with medical staff, interdepartmental staff, EEG staff, Neuroscience Advance Practice Providers (PAs, NPs, etc.) and operating room staff. Performs duties of a highly confidential nature that requires a comprehensive knowledge of organizational policies, practices, and procedures. Composes and prepares complex correspondence and reports, gathers and interprets information to develop complex reports, and provides exemplary customer service to internal and external customers. Responsible for administration and clerical support. Acts as liaison and resource person for the Neurosciences Services division with other Hospital departments, and non-hospital clients. Ensures division runs smoothly and efficiently and monitors adherence to departmental policies and procedures. Handles complex and/or sensitive administrative duties for the division.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare related required; Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration preferred
  • Clinical background as RN or similar specialty highly preferred
  • Experience in the neurology inpatient, EEG/EMG, or neurosurgery preferred.
  • Demonstrated, successful previous experience in a supervisory/management position.
  • Candidate will be highly organized and adept at project management.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, variance analysis, forecasting, and value analysis is essential.
  • High qualified candidates will possess demonstrated leadership ability in: Creative and assertive leadership with high professional and personal standards. The ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with all levels of personnel, colleagues, medical staff, volunteers, and community representatives. A strong commitment to achieving and maintaining optimal staffing, fiscal, and clinical performance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Pay rate: $45.20 - $67.79
  • Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
