We are currently hiring Nursing Assistants, who are committed to making a positive impact in health care. Under the direction of our nursing staff, we will partner with you to ensure that our patients receive the best personalized care within our cherished and compassionate hospital. Working under the direction of a nurse, this position contributes to the Hospital's mission by performing basic procedures necessary to provide for the care, comfort and safety of patients. Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Must have/be one of the following:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Nursing student with completion of one medical-surgical clinical rotation
  • Three months clinical care experience
  • Graduate of the Winchester Hospital's Nursing Assistant Program
  • Beth Israel Lahey Health requires that all staff be vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment.
