RN, Cardiac Progressive Care Unit
About The Position
We are looking for Registered Nurses to join our Community Regional Medical Cardiac Progressive Care team! This is our largest inpatient unit, with 64 monitored beds and a patient ratio of 1:3 or 1:4 (depending on the acuity), caring for moderate to high acuity cardiac patients. With a high volume of admissions and discharges, you should be a knowledgeable problem solver with exceptional communication skills who pays meticulous attention to detail, all while providing exceptional patient care. In this fast-paced and team-oriented environment, you will encounter a variety of patients, including surgical, step-down, post-procedure and more. Given the advanced techniques and diverse cases you will encounter, you should be a self-motivated team player eager to learn and ready to contribute to the efforts of this close-knit team.
Requirements
- Graduate of approved nursing program required
- RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
- ACLS - Must be ontained within 1 year of hire or transfer
