About The Position

Winchester Hospital, a 5x Magnet designated, Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 223-bed regional hospital, is the leading provider of comprehensive health care services in the northwest suburban Boston area. The Clinical Associate contributes to the Hospital’s mission by performing basic procedures necessary to provide patients’ care, comfort, and safety, working under the direction of a nurse. Requirements

High school diploma/equivalent is strongly preferred
BLS – Basic Life Support certification
Must have/be one of the following: Certified Nursing Assistant, Nursing Student with completion of one medical-surgical clinical rotation, Three months of clinical care experience, Successful completion of the Winchester Hospital: Clinical Associate Training Program (CATP)
For safety and quality reasons, must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English with patients, visitors and fellow members of the hospital team
