We are looking for a caring, committed Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents each day.
Requirements
- Current PA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong critical-thinking and independent decision-making skills
- Genuine compassion and ability to connect with older adults

- Dedication to maintaining safety and infection control standards
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies
- Make rounds, monitor resident health, and ensure resident safety
- Document resident care and communicate updates to the team
- Supervise and guide nursing assistants, supporting their development
- Assist with resident assessments, admissions, discharges, transfers, and end-of-life care
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, HIPAA, and the Corporate Compliance Plan
- Participate in and support team meetings and continuous quality improvement efforts
- Provide compassionate support to residents and their families, responding to needs with empathy and professionalism
