Under direct supervision, provides specialized behavior intervention services, parent education, and program supervision according to the goals described in the Individualized Treatment Plan and monitors the development of children in the home, the community, and/or other natural settings. Associate Program Managers work closely with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Behavior Interventionists to provide intervention, conduct assessments, write progress reports and develop programs for assigned cases.
