About The Position

Clinical Assistant, Clinical Associate, or Clinical Professor, Lymphoma, on the Full Time Clinical Faculty pathway with an approximate 80:20 contribution to clinical service and academic pursuits. The Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center (Fred Hutch) and the University of Washington (UW) are jointly recruiting a full-time clinical faculty member specializing in clinical care of patients with lymphoma. This position will be at the Clinical Assistant, Clinical Associate, or Clinical Full Professor level, commensurate with experience and qualifications in the Clinical Research Division of the Fred Hutch and the Division of Hematology and Oncology at UW. The selected individual for the advertised position will focus primarily on the clinical care of patients with lymphoma, joining a well-established and high-volume lymphoma service with a robust clinical research portfolio. The ideal candidate will actively engage in the group’s research and teaching priorities, while facilitating delivery of exceptional clinical care to cancer patients at a world-renowned comprehensive cancer center. The primary, annual appointment will be in the Clinical Research Division of Fred Hutch. The position will report to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of the Clinical Research Division at Fred Hutch and the Division Head of Hematology and Oncology. Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is an independent, nonprofit organization providing adult cancer treatment and groundbreaking research focused on cancer and infectious diseases. Based in Seattle, Fred Hutch is the only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center in Washington. Requirements

  • MD/DO degree (or foreign equivalent)
  • Completion of a fellowship in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology and American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) eligible or certified in Medical Oncology (or foreign equivalent)
  • Eligibility for medical licensure in the state of Washington.
