About The Position
The Division of Radiologic Science is recruiting for a fixed-term, faculty appointment at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor or Clinical Associate Professor. The faculty member will have the primary responsibilities of: Teaching upper division undergraduate degree courses related to professional communication, leadership, research, medicolegal issues, and masters level research courses; Active role in leadership in the Division of Radiologic Science as specified with the Department Chair; Curriculum Director for master’s degree program; Additional duties as assigned by Division Director or assumed role as Division Director.
Nice To Haves
- Prior teaching experience in a baccalaureate medical imaging program
- Record of leadership positions in academics, healthcare, or industry
- Prior administrative experience
- Publication and presentation record at the state, regional, and national level
- Interest in artificial intelligence, imaging informatics, global health/abroad opportunities for faculty and students
- Active participation in professional societies ( JRCERT / JRCDMS , ARRT / ARDMS ; ASRT / SDMS )
