The Kestra team has over 400 years of experience in the external and internal cardiac medical device markets. The company was founded in 2014 by industry leaders inspired by the opportunity to unite modern wearable technologies with proven device therapies. Kestra’s solutions combine high quality and technical performance with a wearable design that provides the greatest regard for patient comfort and dignity. Innovating versatile new ways to deliver care, Kestra is helping patients and their care teams harmoniously monitor, manage, and protect life. The Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) plays a critical clinical role within key hospital accounts, ensuring high‑quality patient experiences and seamless coordination of cardiac wearable therapy. This position focuses on patient‑facing and provider‑facing clinical activities, including pre‑fitting conversations, collection of clinical documentation, coordination with case managers for discharge timing, and delivery of initial patient fittings. The CAS also provides clinical in‑services, supports EMR workflow setup, and serves as a trusted resource for clinicians and care teams. In partnership with Sales and Territory leadership, the CAS helps maintain strong relationships within key accounts and ensures inventory and operational readiness to support patient care, renewals, and ongoing documentation needs as Kestra continues to scale. The CAS will serve as a local resource for ensuring inventory coordination is just in time for the needs of the accounts as we continue to scale and support additional renewal and clinical documentation needs post fitting.
