About The Position

Discovery Therapy, company that truly cares for our family of therapists, is seeking a an ABA Therapist (e.g. RBT/ABA-PCA) to join our Early Intervention team in Chester, PA! Discovery Therapy is seeking an excellent ABA Therapist (e.g. RBT/ABA-PCA) to join our Early Intervention community team within Chester, PA. Services will be for children with a variety of developmental and/or learning disabilities that are in the need of ABA Therapist (e.g. RBT/ABA-PCA) Services. We have part-time, some full-time and contract/per-diem positions available. The ABA Therapist (e.g. RBT/ABA-PCA) will work directly, one-on-one (1:1) with children in preschools, daycares or home environment. Generally, the kiddos we help will receive support for 3-7 hours each day. The RBT/ABA-PCA therapist will work 1:1 with the child to ensure their success in preschool, daycare or home environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma REQUIRED
CPR and First Aid certifications REQUIRED
Experience supporting children with behavioral challenges and self care needs in 3-5 age group PREFERRED

Responsibilities

One-on-One (1:1) support for kiddos
