Requirements

• Master’s degree (or in progress) in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
• 1–2+ years of ABA or clinical supervision experience
• Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians
• Implement and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent progress
• Maintain clinical quality and data-driven outcomes
