As a Clinical Support Specialist, you are the heartbeat of the clinic, supporting patients and providers with exceptional service, clinical assistance, and smooth coordination of care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (required)
Nice To Haves
- 0–2 years healthcare/clinical experience (preferred)
- Medical Assistant certification (AAMA or NHA – preferred)
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients & deliver top-tier customer service
- Room patients, prep exam rooms & collect medical histories
- Take vitals, assist with basic procedures & delegated testing
- Perform blood draws & specimen collection
- Process paperwork (FMLA, medical forms) & document in the EMR
- Maintain HIPAA compliance & support daily clinic operations
