Requirements

Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible operations and supervision experience in a clinical healthcare environment
Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Empathetic personality with a concern for patients’ needs
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Demonstrated computer literacy

Nice To Haves

Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) preferred, but not required
Experience in managing multiple locations preferred

Responsibilities

Management of clinical staff at multiple office locations
Ensure all patient testing is appropriately scheduled, performed, and documented
Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and manage clinical personnel
Develop and maintain training programs for clinical staff
Organize and facilitate regular meetings with clinical and technical staff
Provide direct leadership and hands-on training to Lead Technicians and clinical staff
Ensure clinic budgets are met and maintain smooth patient flow
Manage OSHA policies and maintain safety of clinic and clinical equipment
Address patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly
