Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible operations and supervision experience in a clinical healthcare environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Empathetic personality with a concern for patients’ needs
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated computer literacy

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) preferred, but not required
  • Experience in managing multiple locations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Management of clinical staff at multiple office locations
  • Ensure all patient testing is appropriately scheduled, performed, and documented
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and manage clinical personnel
  • Develop and maintain training programs for clinical staff
  • Organize and facilitate regular meetings with clinical and technical staff
  • Provide direct leadership and hands-on training to Lead Technicians and clinical staff
  • Ensure clinic budgets are met and maintain smooth patient flow
  • Manage OSHA policies and maintain safety of clinic and clinical equipment
  • Address patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly
