Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in a clinic or healthcare environment required. At least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business preferred.
- Strong financial and budgeting knowledge.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead with integrity, empathy, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems.
Nice To Haves
- Government and reimbursement regulations, HIPAA guidelines.
- Experience preparing and interpreting reports and spreadsheets.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day clinic operations and staff.
- Ensure exceptional patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Drive initiatives to improve patient experience, service, and access.
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, revenue cycle, and financial performance.
- Lead hiring, training, and performance management for assigned staff.
- Support succession planning and backup for clinic leadership.
