Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in a clinic or healthcare environment required.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business preferred.
• Strong financial and budgeting knowledge.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead with integrity, empathy, and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems.

Nice To Haves

• Government and reimbursement regulations, HIPAA guidelines.
• Experience preparing and interpreting reports and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day clinic operations and staff.
• Ensure exceptional patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Drive initiatives to improve patient experience, service, and access.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, revenue cycle, and financial performance.
• Lead training and performance management for assigned staff.
