Clinic Support Contractor The Contractor will provide on-site administrative and operational support during clinic events to assist with patient flow, data tracking, and general clinic coordination. The Contractor will work independently to complete the services described below while coordinating with the Client’s physician and remote operations team as needed. Scope of Services The Contractor may perform the following services: Provide patient-facing support during clinic events, including greeting and checking in patients. Assist with patient intake and registration, confirming required information and documentation prior to appointments. Support the on-site physician by managing patient flow and ensuring appointments remain organized and on schedule. Utilize Google Sheets or similar web-based tools to track clinic activity, manage patient check-ins, and provide real-time operational updates to the Client’s team. Maintain accurate administrative records related to clinic operations during the event. Handle sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA and applicable privacy standards. Provide general administrative or receptionist-style support necessary for the efficient operation of the clinic event. Communicate operational issues or patient flow concerns to the physician or remote team when necessary.
