Requirements

High School Diploma with post-secondary education
3+ years of healthcare experience
1+ year of experience using electronic medical records software
Valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

Experience in a specialty care clinic
1+ year of clinical supervisory experience

Responsibilities

Monitor clinic flow and identify areas for improvement to ensure that patients receive high-quality care and that the clinic runs efficiently.
Oversee clinical performance and ensure compliance with established regulations and standards, including quality assurance, safety, confidentiality, and electronic medical record documentation, to the standards set by physician leadership.
Solicit physician feedback, monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of services, and promptly address patient and staff concerns.
Coordinate and implement onboarding and training plans to ensure all employees are sufficiently trained and equipped to perform their duties.
Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
Responsible for analyzing staffing patterns and partnering with Clinical Operations Manager to evaluate and select talent.
Provide feedback and guidance to staff to ensure they perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
Monitor and oversee ordering clinical supplies and equipment to ensure proper inventory.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the clinic operates smoothly and efficiently.
Other duties as assigned.
