Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Scheduler, you will be the cornerstone of our patient care coordination, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both patients and providers. Your exceptional organizational skills and customer service will be vital in managing appointments and optimizing schedules across various medical procedures and studies.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or High School GED Preferred
• 1 year experience in medical office

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule patient appointments for medical procedures, tests, and studies, prioritizing timely and accurate coordination.
• Efficiently coordinate multiple provider schedules to maximize clinic and hospital efficiency.
• Gather and verify essential patient information, including insurance details and necessary documentation.
• Process reports and maintain meticulous scheduling records.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients through phone interactions and in-clinic support.
• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling complexities, demonstrating strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborate effectively with medical and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
