We are seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine physician (MD/DO) with experience teaching residents in an outpatient setting and a passion for leadership in academic primary care. This position blends continuity care, resident education, and program leadership within a thoughtfully structured weekday schedule. Practice Model Morning continuity clinics with your own independent patient panel Up to two learners (Internal Medicine residents and/or medical students) paired with you Afternoon resident clinic focused on dedicated precepting No double-booking of your personal patient panel Shared clinic call coverage within a collegial faculty group 0.5 day of protected administrative time weekly , with flexibility based on leadership and program responsibilities Back-Up Phone Call Only in rotation every 3 rd to 4 th week
