We have an opening for a dedicated Clinic RN. Work Schedule: 32 hours per week. 4 days per week with one scheduled day off. This role is 90-95% triage with some patient care. The RN role practices within the Code of Ethics and Standards of Nursing Practice. Requirements

• A license to practice nursing in the State of Wisconsin.
• Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing in order to meet the recommended entry level for a professional nurse.

Nice To Haves

• Two years’ experience in a primary care or urgent care setting preferred.
• Experience with pediatric patients preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs triage via phone and patient messaging in the electronic health record.
• Delegates patient care responsibilities appropriately, and maintains accountability for the quality of care.
• Provides for the health education needs of families with a focus on self-management and preventive health.
