About The Position
Come join our Roaring Fork Family Practice Team as a full-time Clinic Medical Assistant! Located in Carbondale, CO As the Clinic Medical Assistant, you will: GENERAL OBJECTIVES: Performs all clinical duties per licensed health care provider or delegation of a registered nurse, designated specifically by the clinic. Provides assistance to licensed health care providers and nursing staff for general patient assessments, rooming patients, procedures, treatments, filing/retrieving medical records, and general office clerical duties. Performs patient care tasks following clinic standards of care as defined in policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- BLS through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date.
- Required to successfully completion of Assessment-Based Recognition (ABR) program in order entry for electronic health records (EHR’s), within 30 days of hire.
