The Role
The Clinic Manager partners with the Clinic Director to support clinic performance, operations, and culture — while maintaining an active caseload. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys supporting clinicians, solving problems, and keeping systems running smoothly.

You’ll help create a positive, connected clinic environment while ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes.

How Your Time is Spent
25% Client care (minimum 15 sessions per week)
30% Supporting clinicians (licensure, clinical guidance, admin support)
20% Community outreach and development
15% Facilities and office management
10% Billing, credentialing, and systems troubleshooting

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health field
• Fully licensed LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of state mental health regulations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort in a high-growth, evolving environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and EHR systems

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Clinic Director to oversee operations and culture
• Collaborate with Clinic Managers across locations as part of the leadership team
• Maintain communication with the billing team
• Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development
• Monitor capacity, waitlists, and space needs
• Troubleshoot systems (Valant, billing, ADP, Teams, Outlook)
• Review EHR service lines and complete corrections
• Co-facilitate clinic meetings
• Serve as back-up leadership when needed
