About The Position

Johnson Venture Management Solutions, Inc. (JVM Solutions) is recruiting an experienced Clinic Manager to serve as the on-site management authority and primary government point of contact for all Health Unit operations at the FLETC Charleston, South Carolina Training Delivery Point (TDP). This position oversees a full Health Unit and manages RNs, LPNs, and MAs.

Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of professional nursing experience
• Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in English, Microsoft Office, and Government EMR (SASS)
• S. Citizen or alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence; DHS background investigation required

Nice To Haves

• Occupational health, urgent care, or federal/military healthcare experience
• Familiarity with South Carolina healthcare regulations and the Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC)

Responsibilities

• Serve as Contractor POC with FLETC Government at the Charleston, SC training delivery point
• Manage all health unit staff (RNs, LPNs, MAs) and daily operations at the Charleston site
• Ensure proper staffing for peak hours, simultaneous emergency response capability, and all training day requirements
• Submit designation letter with contact numbers and area of responsibility to CO and COR at pre-performance conference
• Oversee Medical Surveillance Program (MSP) for FLETC staff and detailees at Charleston
• Ensure CLIA waiver compliance for all point-of-care testing at the Charleston site
• Manage the health unit formulary, medication inventory, and supply chain at Charleston
• Ensure accurate and timely OSHA recordkeeping (OSHA 300, 300A, 301)
• Ensure all documentation and EMR entries are completed in the SASS system in SOAP note format
• Coordinate with PM at Glynco on staffing, performance, and contract deliverables
