In coordination with the Clinic Medical Director(s), the Clinic Manager 2 plans and manages the daily operations of a single clinic with a total of 20,000 annual patient visits or more or multiple clinics with 20,000 visits or more. This role involves leading and organizing the continuous improvement of patient care services, developing, supervising, and ensuring the competence of clinic staff, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, managing the clinic budget, and efficiently using resources. The manager also provides direct patient care and coordinates the care of patients with other clinics and ancillary services, and is responsible for hiring and training support staff, including management staff. The levels of care provided range from basic first aid/treatment to patient assessment, care planning, and evaluating treatment effectiveness. Patients served span all ages, with care tailored to unique developmental characteristics influencing the approach for each age group, focusing on assessing, diagnosing, and treating human responses to perceived actual or potential physical or psychological problems.
