About The Position
Provides professional care to patients who present with urgent, emergent, chronic, or potential health problems. Provides patient care services under the direction of the provider and/or physician. Works as a team with other clinic staff in providing timely and appropriate patient services. Duties include checking vital signs, recording a patient's medical history, evaluate the patient's well being, change dressings and bandages and assists the provider and/or physician in minor procedures as directed.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse
- Graduate from accredited School of Practical Nursing
- Licensed as a Practical Nurse in WA State.
- Neat and professional appearance.
- Medical Assistant
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- WA state Licensed Medical Assistant Certified.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Computer & multi-line telephone knowledge.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Clinic & computer knowledge preferable.
