About The Position

Avita Health System is proud to serve the communities of Crawford and Richland counties through three hospitals and numerous clinic locations. We’re currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Health Services Department at our Galion location. Position Overview Assesses, plans and implements the nursing care of patients within the physician clinic with the supervision of the physician or Allied Health Provider (CNP/PA). Participates in patient and family teaching. Maintains role as patient advocate with a focus on the facility’s mission. Provides coordination to the clinical staff as to patient flow and clinical operations as directed by the physician.

Requirements

Current Licensed Practical Nurse in State of Ohio.
Current BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

Two (2) or more years of previous experience in a physician office.
