Requirements

  • MINIMUM EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting. Previous experience in Physical Therapy preferred.
  • REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS Eligible for or licensed by Texas Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy Examiners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Professionalism and strong work ethic; the ability to anticipate needs, the ability to multi-task and follow HIPAA guidelines.
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development.
  • Knowledge of regulations, QA and procedures, and quality patient care

Responsibilities

  • The Lead Physical Therapist is responsible for providing day- to- day, clinic and executive administration support and supervision to all clinic staff.
  • Makes decisions regarding patient care activities in area of responsibility.
