About The Position

CLINIC DIRECTOR Mission Statement: Tender Touch Therapy provides high quality pediatric physical, occupational, and speech language therapy services. As a comprehensive team, we implement creative and effective treatment strategies in order to maximize functional independence and achieve patient-specific goals. We will advocate on behalf of each child and their family to enhance well-being and improve lifelong wellness. Purpose: Empowering children to change their world one ability at a time. Licensed: Must be licensed in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology Hours: 30+ hours a week, Full Time Sign on bonus available! Sub-products: · Manage onsite Clinic Aide · Training & Onboarding · Physical building needs, appearance and maintenance communicated to COO · Hiring and Staff oversight · Clinic finances · Facilitating Effective Communication · Monitor clinic stats · Oversight of Leads by location · Marketing · Assessing performance of onsite staff (admin, clinical, rehab aid) · Compliance Oversight · Team Building

Requirements

  • Must be licensed in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology
  • 60% treatment time, 40% admin time
  • Effective and efficient problem solver, investigating further when needed
  • Ability to start and foster relationships
  • Good organizational skills
  • Demonstrates appropriate behavioral management techniques
  • Good communication skills - oral, written, interpersonal – to meet the needs of others
