As a Clinic Director, you will have the autonomy to lead your clinic with the full support of our shared services team, including HR, finance, professional development, and compliance. As the CEO of your designated clinic, you will be responsible for its overall management, patient experience, and clinical excellence. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited university with a Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA.
• Current Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• 2-4+ years of clinical experience, with leadership or management experience preferred.
• Passion for patient-centered care and team development.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive clinic growth and operational success.
