About The Position

Clinic Director (Physical Therapist) | Outpatient Clinic | Full-time Location: 308 N 12th St, Murray, KY 42071 At H2 Health, we believe great care begins with great clinicians — and great clinics begin with great leaders. As a Clinic Director in our outpatient setting, you will continue providing meaningful, hands-on patient care while also leading a high-performing team, supporting operational excellence, and shaping the culture of your clinic. Our clinicians treat a diverse range of diagnoses, including orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, and sports-related conditions. Whether you choose to maintain a general caseload or specialize in areas such as orthopedics, manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehab, vestibular therapy, or concussion care, we support your growth.

Requirements

  • Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
  • Previous outpatient experience with strong clinical reasoning skills
  • Leadership qualities including communication, mentorship, and team-building strengths
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and operational excellence

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions
  • Lead overall clinic operations, ensuring a positive patient experience and strong clinical outcomes
  • Support and mentor clinicians, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and clinical excellence
  • Manage clinic scheduling, workflow, caseload balance, and productivity with the support of AI-driven tools that help reduce documentation time
  • Drive community engagement initiatives to build the clinic’s reputation and patient volume
  • Document care accurately in Raintree EMR
  • Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week while supporting clinic operations
