The Outpatient Clinical Supervisor will demonstrate a clear leadership role and is responsible for overseeing the clinical aspects of the outpatient program. This includes, but is not limited to: supervising intake coordination (including SAP liaisons), managing all clinical aspects of referrals to the OP Clinic (including initial clinical review and communication with insurance providers per authorization as needed), addressing clinical staff issues, overseeing clinical quality of referrals and growth, clinical problem-solving, assisting with Quality Assurance, handling clinical complaints and grievances, building relationships with clinical stakeholders, and resolving clinical documentation issues. The Supervisor will attend clinical meetings as needed in collaboration with the Agency Director and Outpatient Clinic Director to manage Clinic operations and will work closely with all subsystems within the departments of the agency. The Supervisor may also provide clinical coverage for psychiatry management as needed and will have the authority to implement clinical training and corrective action to address staff non-compliance when necessary. The Supervisor reports directly to the Outpatient Clinic Director. The clinical supervision position duties will require 20 hours per week, with potential for full- time employment through the addition of billable hours. There may be opportunities to provide training or consultation with outside entities as deemed appropriate, and assist with clinical supervision and support in other programs within the agency as needed.
