Requirements
- Experience instructing at a cosmetology school
- Current cosmetology, barbering, esthetic, or nail and instructor license
- Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills
- Supervisory, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment skills
- Solid work history with verifiable references
- Passionate for the beauty industry

- experience in effective communication, soft skills, professional development, and teamwork
