Please enter info here Qualifications EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in a related health care field preferred. CERTIFICATION/LICENSES:  None. SKILLS: Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications (E-mail, Scheduler, Excel, PowerPoint and Word) at intermediate to advanced level Ability to work independently with minimal instruction; highly effective organizational skills, decision making and problem solving; effective communication and including team building/priority setting; excellent customer relations skills and competencies in phone etiquette, spelling and grammar Ability to read and write in English required. Bilingual in Spanish preferred Medical terminology preferred. EXPERIENCE: Two years of previous experience in a hospital/health care setting preferably in a clinic/health related business or two year of clinic experience in an MOS or PCA role. NATURE OF SUPERVISION: -Responsible to: Clinic Manager/ Service Line Director -Responsible for: Clinic staff as directed by clinic manager ENVIRONMENT: - Bloodborne pathogen   A Works in a clean, well-lighted, ventilated, smoke-free environment. Subject to stressful professional relationships. VDT exposure.  Working hours are varied and are frequently longer than an 8-hour shift.  Flexibility in starting and ending times is required due to unexpected changes in schedule and urgent work deadlines. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:  Ability to sit for long periods of time at a computer terminal, using sound ergonomic principles.  Extensive use of hands for writing and use of computer.  Additionally, duties require ability to regularly stand, walk, stoop and reach.  Moderate physical effort (able to lift/carry up to 15lbs.)
