Requirements

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (required)
  • Healthcare leadership or clinic management experience (Rural Health Clinic experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A servant leader who values collaboration, accountability, and community impact
  • Completion of an accredited nursing program with master’s degree and successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program
  • Previous experience related to the management of inpatients and ED care required.
  • Current state license to practice as a FNP-C, ACLS and PALS current or within 90 days of hire, ATLS current or within 6 months of hire, BLS.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and operational leadership across all ECMC clinic locations
  • Partner closely with the Clinic Nurse Director to ensure efficient daily operations, staffing, and patient flow
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate clinic policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (including Rural Health Clinic standards)
  • Oversee clinic budgets, productivity metrics, and financial performance
  • Champion quality improvement, patient access, and provider engagement initiatives
  • Support, mentor, and equip clinic teams with the tools and training needed to succeed
  • Serve as a key liaison between providers, clinic teams, hospital leadership, and administration
