Under the general supervision of the management of Infrastructure Services, provides computer or device hardware, software, and local area network support to assure a high value, widely accessible, comprehensive, integrated information network which meets or exceeds customer expectations. The incumbent functions as a team participant in development and control of all, hardware, and computer peripherals and any devices that connect to the Brown University Health Local Area Networks at affiliate and enterprise levels, and will act as a technical resource for other staff with computer equipment support issues. They must possess good customer relation skills, as they will be interfacing with customers daily.
