About The Position

LeeSar and Cooperative Services of Florida (CSF) are seeking a Client Technologies Support II professional to provide advanced desktop and endpoint support across our organization. This role is ideal for a highly skilled technical support specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems independently, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will support employees, vendors, and customers across our Regional Service Center and CSF locations, ensuring secure, reliable, and standardized endpoint environments that power critical healthcare supply chain operations.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–4 years of progressive desktop or endpoint support experience
  • Strong knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, and peripherals
  • Understanding of endpoint security concepts and best practices
  • Ability to troubleshoot across desktop, system, and network boundaries
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage multiple requests
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work onsite in Fort Myers

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Office Specialist certification (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with endpoint imaging and deployment tools
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Provide Advanced Endpoint & Desktop Support
  • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, operating system, application, and peripheral issues
  • Serve as an escalation point for advanced service requests
  • Install, configure, test, and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and related equipment
  • Maintain standardized desktop configurations aligned with internal policies and security standards
  • Collaborate Across Technical Teams
  • Partner with Systems Engineering, Network Infrastructure, and Application Support teams to resolve cross-functional issues
  • Support troubleshooting related to connectivity, authentication, and system access
  • Assist with application functionality and integration within endpoint environments
  • Manage Asset Deployment & Lifecycle
  • Coordinate ordering and receipt of approved hardware and software
  • Perform asset tagging and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Prepare, image, and deploy endpoint devices using approved imaging tools
  • Support workstation relocations and equipment moves
  • Support Security, Compliance & Quality
  • Ensure compliance with endpoint security standards and software licensing requirements
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of systems, data, and user information
  • Identify and report compliance gaps related to configuration or security standards
  • Assist with file recovery efforts in coordination with Systems Administration
  • Documentation & Continuous Improvement
  • Document service requests, resolutions, and configuration updates
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation aligned with best practices
  • Participate in change management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with authorized vendors to resolve hardware or software issues
  • Perform basic hardware repairs and maintenance when appropriate
