Requirements

  • Strong phone presence and communication skills ( phone work is essential )
  • Patience, empathy, and professionalism when working with people in crisis
  • Reliability and consistency- you follow through and stay organized
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Comfort working independently in a remote setting
  • Must live near Rochester, NY for initial training (Pittsford area)

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service, administrative support, insurance, property management, or coordination roles
  • Experience balancing multiple priorities and working with detailed processes

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients in need of temporary housing
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone communication
  • Coordinate housing and hotel placements nationwide
  • Work with insurance companies, vendors, and clients to manage timelines
  • Track extensions, approvals, and documentation requirements
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems

  • $20–$25/hour – depending on experience
  • Monthly bonus opportunity (typically $400–$900)
