About The Position

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Client Support Specialist to assist in managing client accounts, supporting communication workflows, and providing administrative support to client services teams. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent client service delivery. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in client services, account support, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential client information responsibly.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting government contracting or defense clients.
  • Familiarity with client account support and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with client communications and account tracking.
  • Support onboarding, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Coordinate account-related administrative tasks.
  • Maintain client records and generate reports.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with client services, operations, and project management teams.
  • Assist leadership in process improvement and client support initiatives.
