The Client Support Specialist is the primary contact between Computershare Governance Services and assigned clients for all Registered Agent products and services. Basic responsibilities include ensuring clients receive the services they've purchased and that those services are delivered in a manner that meets and exceeds the clients' expectations. The Client Support Specialist is responsible for managing service requests from clients, transitioning requests through the Registered Agent back-office team, and coordinating with the Managed Administration Services team as needed.
