Requirements

  • Previous experience in client support, account coordination, or customer service

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms
  • Provide support and updates to clients regarding project status and deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (creative, production, strategy, accounts) to address client needs
  • Track and monitor client requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and support transition to internal teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and contribute ideas for service enhancements
  • Uphold BMF’s standards of professionalism and client care
