About The Position

The Client Support Specialist is the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking Behavioral Health and Outreach services. The role focuses on creating a welcoming experience for clients while handling administrative and clinic support tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

At least 1 year of front desk experience in a healthcare setting
Experience working with medical insurance
Strong computer and data entry skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong commitment to confidentiality and data privacy
High attention to detail and organization
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
Professional, friendly, and compassionate attitude

Nice To Haves

Bilingual English/Spanish (highly valued)
Experience with Epic (EHR)

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff
Verify insurance eligibility using healthcare portals
Check in clients, schedule appointments, and process payments
Perform data entry and administrative support for behavioral health programs
Assist with clinic operations and office tasks
Manage incoming phone calls through the call center
