About The Position

CMC:Berkshires (CMCB) is a private 15-bed residential treatment center located on 200 acres in the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. We are driven by optimism about people’s capacity to change and by our commitment to the science of change. CMCB is currently hiring Client Support Liaisons for various shifts. Client Support Liaisons act as a dedicated intermediary for our in-house clients to ensure smooth navigation, address concerns, and improve the overall client experience. May assist with medication access or logistics. Incredible opportunity for direct client care, community building, and personal growth in evidence-based treatment setting. Starting wage $22/hour + $5/hour shift differential. Potential for increase after 6 months. Requirements

Candidates MUST have a valid drivers license in good standing
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Patience, empathy and kindness for others. This is a support role for those in recovery.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, sit for periods of 10 hours
Ability to and comfortable with working independent
Ability to and comfortable with driving a mini-van
Ability to lift, push, pull weight of 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Degree or applicable experience in psychology, health administration, or social work.
