Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot
Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required
Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role

Assist with marketing in the assigned area by handing out flyers and merchandise
Provide coverage for stores when needed
Must complete Jackson Hewitt's FREE tax school
a minimum of 15 hours per week (Monday/Friday/Saturday), with the ability to work hours more when covering a store
