About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Support Associate to provide technical assistance and support to clients. In this role, you will troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking issues while ensuring timely resolution and excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of related work experience or equivalent education
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexible to work varying schedules as needed

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of technical support experience
  • Experience troubleshooting desktops, printers, and notebooks
  • Strong knowledge and support of Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

  • Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve technical issues
  • Provide basic technical support to clients and end users
  • Install and configure software, print drivers, and system utilities
  • Troubleshoot desktop/laptop software, hardware, and networking issues
  • Monitor systems, identify problems, and take corrective actions
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and technical guidance
