The Entry Level Client Support Associate position is designed for individuals looking to start their career in telecommunications and client support. This role focuses on learning about client products and services while assisting in sales and outreach campaigns. The associate will work closely with the management team and other associates to ensure effective communication and problem-solving for customers, ultimately supporting the company's goals in business development and market strategy.

  • Introduce client products and services through a fine-tuned sales process where you and the customers can collaborate to fit their needs.
  • Communicate directly with customers to ensure an accurate understanding of the client campaign, and our efforts to assist in their sales and outreach goals.
  • Organize the day through collaboration with members of the management team, other client support, and sales representatives to ensure efficiency.
  • Build an impeccable understanding of client protocol and services to problem-solve for customers in real-time.
  • Connect with other entry-level Client Support Associates to review client expectations, sales metrics, customer service results, and production goals.
  • Assist with office management and coordination in regard to scheduling meetings and ensuring attendance.
