About The Position

You’ll handle a high volume of interactions via phone and email while working collaboratively with other departments to resolve inquiries. Whether assisting with hybrid proceedings or managing front desk duties, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service every day.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems with ease.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Support office operations by assisting at the front desk when needed.
  • Facilitate hybrid legal proceedings via Zoom and handle document-related tasks.
