About The Position

Conduct day-to-day administration of hardware, software, network and users
Provide in-person and phone support to MDA End User troubleshooting computers, printers, software, operating systems, and Office products
Install hardware at End User offices (Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, etc)
Contribute to large scale projects and events
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant discipline preferred
• Current DoD approved 8570 Level II certification such as Security+ CE required
• 2+ years of directly related experience in relevant business systems, operating systems, and servers and/or experience in light programming, project management of small initiatives, and troubleshooting
• Must be a US citizen
• Candidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret Clearance
• Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
• Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
• Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
• Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in Customer Service, as well as prior experience working in a DoD environment preferred
